If not delighted with your purchase please return to us with your dispatch note/receipt within 14 days in original condition and you will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping costs. Proof of postage is recommended in the event of loss or damage as we do not compensate for parcels lost in transit. Please note, for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned.
